Adobe Flash Player and Adobe Reader make Firefox shortcut keys unresponsive on: 
Firefox 10.0.1 ESR, Firefox 10.0.1 and Firefox 11 Beta 2, even if the focus is set on the Bookmarks Toolbar, Add-ons Toolbar or Firefox button.
