[Bug 1043308] [NEW] [Quantal] [Regression] Incorrect number of Thuderbird unread messages in Unity launcher

When new unread email appears in Thunderbird, the Unity Thunderbird icon
correctly shows the number of unread messages, but this number isn't
updated when e-mail is then read.

This is a regression (no problem in Precise and previous)
