The patch breaks ABI, so we can't include it in its current form without
making our builds ABI incompatible with upstream builds (which is bad
for anybody installing binary addons, because they'll make our builds
crash).

The new attribute will need splitting out in to a new interface if we
want this functionality in the current Firefox version
