The fix in nspr (4.8.9-1ubuntu2.2) is less than ideal as users will hit
this:

The following extra packages will be installed:
  libnspr4
The following packages will be REMOVED:
  language-support-en language-support-fr
The following packages will be upgraded:
  libnspr4 libnspr4:i386 libnspr4-0d libnspr4-0d:i386


Which will result in a scary message from update-manager asking to do a "partial upgrade", and will probably break unattended-upgrades.
