[Bug 1036229] [NEW] Firefox does not apply the system-wide font settings

Public bug reported:

Firefox does not use the system-wide settings of fonts' auto-hinting, anti-aliasing, etc.
You have to do these steps in order to fix it:

Basically, in Terminal, you should enter:

"gksudo nautilus"
Find:
"/etc/fonts/conf.d"

Then, delete the three files that start with a 10.

Once deleted, close the Terminal, open it back up, and key in:
"sudo dpkg-reconfigure fontconfig"

Once you restart Firefox, you should see an improvement in the font
rendering.
