[Bug 1032359] [NEW] Thunderbird no longer displays Google Calendar

This seems to have been happening since Thunderbird 15.0: Even though I
have Lightning (1.7b3) and Provider for Google Calendar (0.13) add-ons
installed, and the correct ICS address for my Google Calendar entered, I
am unable to see the calendar.

This used to work just fine until recently...
