Thank you for answer, but I can't use Apport because I use LinuxMint 12 Lisa (Ubuntu Oneiric based). Firefox and firefox-locale-ru package are installed from Ubuntu Oneiric repo (from oneiric-updates). Today Firefox in Oneiric repo was updated to 12.0 version. And Russian locale is off. Looks like Firefox can't see localization extensions in 12.0 version. This bug related to Ubuntu because Firefox installed from oneiric-updates repo.
Please help me to correct this bug.
