[Bug 986266] [NEW] sudo apt-get install startupmanager does not work! I have all sources turned on but the package is missing .

Public bug reported:

I switched on the packages and that's where I think the problem exists.
1)It was shown on Ubuntu software Center at first. but could not install from there. there was not even a button

2)then I turned on all sources (almast all were on anyway) except source
code

3) then there was a trench icon on USC -> startup manager with a button
to activate a source? I pressed it. it got stuck

4) do a system update

5) now there is not even the package!
