[Bug 984413] [NEW] I can't import my old bookmarks

Public bug reported:

I can't import my old bookmarks.
I have old file *.html with my bookmarks.
I readed help.  I can't open "import" bookmark because it's not appear.
If I impvove file "bookmarks.html" in folder .mozilla I wouldn't retrive my old bookmarks...
New version of Firefoks in Ubuntu is $#$^R^B&^BT&^BTGJVU%Y#$%&^I*(....................... ;/
