Public bug reported:

I upgraded from ubuntu 11.04, in which I couldn't get the previous
flashplugin-installer, and when the brand new 11.10 finished to install
I had the same "missing" package =(

I'm not a beginner but also I'm not that advanced user... I'm
considering to install by myself the package, but it sounded like a
bug.,
