This doesn't work with the release version of Lightning 1.3 (and
Thunderbird 11.0.1).

I have two separate e-mail accounts within my Google Apps account. When
I add the calendar from the second account, all I get is the yellow
triangle. I tried deleting the password entry for the first account in
Thunderbird's "Stored Passwords" dialog and restarted Thunderbird. Still
no joy!
