[Bug 971788] [NEW] bookmarks menu on wrong side after first loading

Public bug reported:

When i open the bookmarks menu and hover over a folder first the menu is
on the right while loading the content. If the content is now longer
then the space available to the right side of the screen the menu should
be on the left but it is actually on the right after hovering again on
it its on the left as intented.
