[Bug 971392] [NEW] Adobe Flash Not Playing

Public bug reported:

Adobe Flash player loads without error, but won't play animations or
youtube videos ever since flash update. Shows blank black square. Read
on google about the same issues. Most individuals resorting to undoing
update. Apparently flash is still working in Chrome since the update but
not Firefox.
