I found the reason

flashplugin-downloader (10.3.183.7ubuntu1) wird eingerichtet ...
Downloading...
--2011-09-16 10:32:00-- http://archive.canonical.com/pool/partner/a/adobe-flashplugin/adobe-flashplugin_10.3.183.7.orig.tar.gz
Auflösen des Hostnamen archive.canonical.com... fehlgeschlagen: Temporärer Fehler bei der Namensauflösung.
wget: kann die Host-Adresse »archive.canonical.com« nicht auflösen
download failed
The Flash plugin is NOT installed.

English translation: the name archive.canocial.com cant be found.
temporary dns-error

so i would say that the install-script should return an error and stop the installation/upgrade.

Also i dont know why there is a dns-error. the network was fine at that
moment.

what do you reommend? close this bug and create a new one about the "should be stop when an error occured"?
