[Bug 862497] [NEW] thunderbird missing window decoration

Public bug reported:

After updating my Beta-2 on Tuesday Sept 28, Thunderbird's UI went to
hell.

Specifically:
1. When Global Menu Bar integration is enabled, the window lacks decoration (window border, buttons in upper left, title bar, etc) if you double click on the title bar (i.e. to make it a smaller window). After double clicking on the title bar, the window is unmovable and unresponsive.  

2. If you disable the Global Menu Bar integration plugin, the window is
responsive for resize but lack decoration
