Thanks for the tip.
Yes, I have installed Oneiric in alfa-2 so this could solve this issue.
But I find a problem with this solution, now apt Package lists takes a lot of time to download cause now I have to download two architectures.

So, I have fixed this by installing flashplugin v11 beta from
https://launchpad.net/~sevenmachines/+archive/flash
