[Bug 857874] [NEW] Icons on buttons in Thunderbird's mail toolbar are almost invisible when using Radiance theme

When setting the theme to Radiance in Ubuntu's Appearance menu, the
icons on the buttons in Thunderbird's mail toolbar become almost
impossible to distinguish from their background unless moused over. See
screenshot.
