Public bug reported:

on 11.04 the packages "flashplugin-downloader" and "flashplug-installer"
were installed. after the upgrade to 11.10 the packages are still
installed but flash is no longer available in firefox (7 beta)

i had to run this "sudo apt-get remove flashplugin-downloader && sudo
apt-get install flashplugin-downloader" after that flash was downloaded
from the package. Thenm flash was again available in firefox.

i dont know if it is a problem in the flashplugin-download-package
because maybe the upgrade should have installed flash again or because i
switched to firefox 7 during the 11.10 update.
