[Bug 846133] [NEW] cannot update version 3.6 to 6

im a newbie and running ubuntu 10.10  i keep going to the mozilla site
for information but it seems im the only one with the proble.  i
need/want to update my 3.6 browser to the most current.  the mozilla
site says to click on the check for updates and I dont have that
anywhere listed in any of the tabs
