[Bug 863003] Re: Messaging menu support not working

How do I do this as there is no Remove button on the Add-on tab in TB
for 'Messaging Menu and Unity Launcher Integration v0.8', only a
Disable.  I also have the 'Global Menu Bar Integration v2.0.1'
installed, but there is no 'Unity Launcher Integration' add-on available
to me.  Do I need this and if so, how do I get it?

BTW I have no unread counts on the TB icon on the launcher at the
moment, and on the Messaging menu, I have no TB item only one that says
'Mail' and it does not work.
