[Bug 876574] [NEW] mouse pointer is wrong, does not indicate links

Public bug reported:

This started right after upgrading to oneiric. The mouse pointer does
not change shape when hovering over a link, as the old firefox in natty
did (see screenshot). So it is hard to realize that some text is
actually a link.
