[Bug 874109] [NEW] Startpage still points to 11.04 URL

There is currently a distro patch in ubufox to force the startpage URL
to point at the 11.04 page, as the 11.10 page came online quite late in
the cycle. We need to drop that so that it points to the 11.10 page
instead
