also note that we typically use a multiplier on ADUs to estimate our
actual install base since not everyone uses there browser every day or
long enough to get a block list ping. I believe the current multiplier
is around 6x. So if we have 10K ADUs we'd estimate 60k active users,
which would be half our 120k current installs.
