[Bug 851736] Re: flash is missing after upgrade to 11.10

I had the same problem. http_proxy is not set.

The error was in /etc/apt/apt.conf:

Aquire::http::Proxy "false";

After deleting the above line, I could install flashplugin-installer without
any problem.
