это действительно не compiz, его у меня нет.

НЕ УВЕРЕН ЧТО 100 глюк пропал - раньше было и пару недель без глюка

СДЕЛАЛ ВОТ ЧТО:

KDE - параметры системы, настройка эффектов рабочего стола - улучшенное
управление окнами (УБРАЛ ГАЛОЧКУ)
