[Bug 869379] [NEW] [oneiric] thunderbird forgot the folder settings on upgrade

I upgraded to Oneric beta yesterday. Now, if I open thunderbird the
sorting of my folders is back to the default. My preference is to sort
with the latest message on top and threads grouped, but all folders now
have sorted latest message at the bottom and the not threaded.
