Another (more difficult) way is to first launch the attachment as
editable and then set the readonly flag 10 seconds later.

That will trick the application in thinking it is editable, and when it
comes time to save, OOO will fail and prompt the user.

It will also allow me to rotate images in Windows XP Picture Viewer to
be right-side-up in the first 10 seconds that I open the photo.
