[Bug 240133]

Before someone wastes their time I actually tried to implement this back
in 2008 or 2009 and ran into unexpected problems. This task isn't as
trivial as it at first seems. Let's just say that you can't just take
UnMHT or Thunderbird and make it work in Firefox.
