[Bug 897067] [NEW] Uses long-deprecated Launchpad URLs for support and translations

Public bug reported:

ubufox's content/overlay.js uses URLs like
https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/oneiric/+sources/firefox/+gethelp
and
https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/oneiric/+source/firefox/+translations.
/distros has been obsolete since 2006, and +sources was never really
meant to exist in the first place.
