[Bug 891147] [NEW] pdf attachments truncate by about 2k and resulting in pdf reader rejecting it

Public bug reported:

When I access the email pdf attachments through web-gmail its fine.
Looking at Thunbderbird (using IMAP) the file is truncated by around 2k
bytes ( Saved files to desktop and compared)
