[Bug 889105] [NEW] Creating a new folder when saving a bookmark is broken

Public bug reported:

The GUI for creating a new folder while saving a bookmark is currently
broken.

Steps to reproduce:
1- Open firefox, go to some website
2- Select Bookmarks/Bookmark This Page
3- Click the "Show all bookmark folders" button next to the Folder drop down
4- Click the New Folder button
5- Slowly type characters...after 3 or 4, the folder is created with an incomplete name

Expected results:
5- Enter complete folder name, hit enter for it to be created.
