[Bug 885920] [NEW] *Ubuntu FIrefox has incorrect text input size

Public bug reported:

All versions of Ubuntu have form input size incorrectly defined.  This
problem does not appear in Fedora 16, or on Windows 7, but in all
variations of Ubuntu.  Test deck is a listed below. and image provided.
