[Bug 885764] [NEW] Flashplugin-installer should download to temporary dir.

Public bug reported:

Flashplugin-downloader postinst script should download to temporary dir and remove this dir after succesfull installation.
Currently it downloads to /var/cache/flashplugin-installer and leaves this directory empty after installation.
