[Bug 765855] Re: Delete key does not delete mail

Same (or similar) problem here on an HP laptop. The larger problem is
that keyboard controls don't work at all on Thunderbird, but the delete
operation is the one that I use most frequently. Arrow and tab
navigation do not work either though. Opening a message in a new tab
seems to correct the problem in some cases.
