@marinus:  Until this patch is accepted and rolled into an automatic
nightly build, you have to compile a custom version of Lightning that
includes this patch.  This could be an involved process if you have not
done it before; you need to download the latest Thunderbird
3.1/Lightning 1.0 (or "comm-1.9.2") source code from the Mercurial
version control system; apply the patch from this bug report to the
source code; configure the build system for Lightning; run the build;
and finally install the .xpi file that is created.  See
