Hey Mark,

Thanks for the bug report!

Looking at the Messaging Menu article on the Ubuntu Wiki
(https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MessagingMenu/), I can find no explicit mention
on what items should / should not be in the Messaging Menu.  Indicators
for sure.  Application shortcuts are a bit murkier.

The strongest argument for adding these shortcuts:  it's what's already
included with Evolution

- and we'd like to be consistent with that (leveraging some recognition
over recall there).
