Oh crud... thanks for pointing that out... I blame sitting in a lab
working way too much.

I'm used to the traditional layout with a very obvious Refresh button.
In the new method, I didn't even notice it since it just blends in to
the end of the address bar.

Having it actually stand out would have helped this for me...

So I'm marking this invalid as it's not actually a lack of
functionality, just a lack of functionality in my eyes.
