in firefox 4 the problem is more severe than in earlier versions - adress bar, live bookmarks, menus, opened comboboxes (and probably few other things i don't know about yet) are all affected.
agreed with #158 - things like that should be a top priority, especially in a distro for human beings. Stock configuration of browser and desktop effects, a bit of inactivity and you have thousands of your users completely dumbfounded wtf just happened and why that crappy linux can't just work. This is the kind of polish ubuntu was supposed to be about, wasn't it?
That particular bug lived through what, at least 3 different releases? and i won't be surprised to see it in natty again. The only hope is that firefox 4 being much more affected (not just missing suggestions in address bar) will piss off many more users and in return it will force some action.
