[Bug 740039] [NEW] Addon "Default Full Zoom Level" does not shrink the text as intended

The addon "Default Full Zoom Level 4.5" does not shrink the text as intended.
It changes the size immediately on about:addons, but websites still have their default font size.

(Tried in WindowsXP too, there it works.)
