[Bug 151162] Re: drag n drop attachments is broken

Ubuntu Maverick Meerkat 10.10 + Thunderbird 3.1.9pre + gnome 2.32.0.

When dragging any and all attachment to the desktop, it doesn't work
(the dragged file bounces back to Thunderbird) or gives an error about
the location not being supported.
