Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: firefox
If you go fullscreen and then quit the application, the next time you
run Firefox it runs fullscreen with a menubar but does not contain any
way of controlling the window. It appears to have a normal non-
fullscreen window, maximised and undecorated, covering all panels.
This can be reproduced by:
1. Go fullscreen by hitting F11.
2. Close the application by pressing the close button in the top right.
3. Load Firefox again.
I am using Ubuntu 11.04. This also occurred on my father's computer,
which is running Ubuntu 10.04.
