I noticed it too on Natty. After a screen-lock, the address bar in some
"new tab" windows do not receive keyboard focus (I have focus-follow-
mouse, but even clicking on the address is not useful).

Is quite difficult to reproduce, but it's easier if you have various
firefox windows (each with several tab) in different viewports. Doing a
bit of iconize-hide-unmaximize and viewport switching usually triggers
the problem.

I noticed this only recently. Maybe a firefox-5 update regression?
