[Bug 801381] [NEW] Flash player on firefox displays black or white rectangles while playing

i can't seem to find out where this problem comes from. my flash player
on firefox displays white rectangles, or black,  while playing videos.
it doesn't cover the whole image, so i can see most of the video.
however, it's quite annoying, and it does not happen on chromium.
