[Bug 799400] [NEW] message missing when trying to upload ureadable file

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox

When trying to upload a file that the user does not have read
permissions to, Firefox does not up load it, of course, but also gives
no error.  If the file is unreadable, then Firefox should notice and
complain.

$ apt-cache policy firefox
