[Bug 797051] Re: firefox no longer localised after enabling -proposed

I might have used "sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade"  to
fetch the updates, I don't recall. I didn't know there was any
difference between running the apt command and just using update-
manager.

Could you confirm that using apt is the most likely cause for this bug?
If that's the case I can modify the langpackQA wiki for Dutch so the
langpack update can go through.
