[Bug 794598] [NEW] Keyboard Shortcut to Zoom (Ctrl ++) doesn't work until after menu Zoom

Binary package hint: thunderbird

To demonstrate this bug:  Open thunderbird, click in the window pane
with the message, try the shortcut (Ctrl ++).  (Nothing happens no
matter how many times you do.  However, if you use the menu once to
zoom, then the shortcut works just fine.
