@ngc2997: You don't have to wait for Oneiric. When TB 3.3 is stable, it
will added to ppa:mozillateam/thunderbird-stable (detailed instructions
at https://launchpad.net/~mozillateam/+archive/thunderbird-stable ). If
you can't wait for stable releases, use ppa:mozillateam/thunderbird-next
(just replace stable by next in the url to read to upgrade
instructions), but the -next PPA is currently providing v. 5.0 beta1 and
not v. 3.3.
