[Bug 817546] [NEW] Gap between titlebar and window in Thunderbird / Unity when maximized

Public bug reported:

Sometimes when thunderbird is minimized and maximized again, it happens
that the window appears 30px lower than it should. Also when you select
anything within the window, you click on something else than what's
actually under the mouse cursor. minimizing and maximizing the window
resolves the problem.
