[Bug 816712] [NEW] Thunderbirds filter window is shrinking

Public bug reported:
Thunderbirds filter window shrinks and because it isn't resizable there
is nothing you can do with it. On my main Laptop it looks like the
screenshot enclosed. On my netbook you can no longer see the okay
button and only just see the c of cancel.
This needs to be solved as soon as possible if thunderbird is to stay
the default mail client.
