Got it, maybe that was *this* bug that we talked about this solution for
since this makes sure we fire focus event for document accessible when
caret moves to non focusable content. Though we should deal with it
separately since this bug can be reproduced easily out of this bug
context (for example, shift tab from focused first focusable element).
